Rick Mikesell formed RSM Investments, Inc. in 2004 after selling Cummings Oil Co. with the objective of creating a commercial real estate portfolio defined by location, asset quality, and strong tenancy.
Today, RSM has evolved into a forward-thinking investment and development firm targeting acquisitions and projects in Oregon and California, with a particular emphasis on value-add opportunities in well-located urban markets. Our current focus includes two transformative developments along Galveston Avenue in Bend, Oregon. These projects—anchored by the expansion of the historic Bakery Building and the redevelopment of the Galveston Supply property—will deliver five new restaurant and bar spaces, complete with year-round patios and vibrant street-level experiences that reflect and enhance the energy of one of Bend’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
